Our Şişli project rises as a true reflection of this philosophy. At the heart of the city, we are not merely creating a living space, but designing a new way of life.
Our project not only brings together residential, commercial, and hotel functions under one roof, but also transforms each of them into components of a harmonious, sustainable, and integrated living model. In doing so, we elevate urban life to a more accessible, functional, and interconnected level.
Beyond ensuring that structures remain standing, we adopt the goal of “zero structural damage” after an earthquake, constructing safe environments where life can continue uninterrupted.
Accordingly, from soil surveys to structural system design; from material selection to static and dynamic engineering solutions, all stages of our project are based on Japan’s high safety standards. Going beyond existing legal requirements and placing human life at its core, Taşyapı Şişli has been designed to demonstrate high resistance against earthquakes of up to magnitude 9.5.
Located in the heart of Istanbul, Taşyapı Şişli is shaped by a lifestyle rhythm where every point is within walking distance, offering a contemporary interpretation of the “15-minute city” model, highlighted in global metropolises, with local touches.
The metro line, integrated into the project area, provides rapid connections to central hubs such as Mecidiyeköy, Levent, Gayrettepe, and Maslak; while the network established with the metrobus and existing lines ensures easy access to every corner of Istanbul.
With its planned infrastructure and pedestrian-friendly design, most daily needs can be met on foot, allowing seamless transitions between work and social life.
This exclusive project, consisting of four 37-story towers in the heart of Istanbul:
- 1+1 apartments, ranging from 88–106 m², and 2+1 apartments, ranging from 131–175 m², combine comfort and functionality.
- 3+1 apartments at 175 m² and 4+1 apartments at 240 m² provide spacious and comfortable environments for family life.
