Reşadiye Villas in Çekmeköy are a small residence complex consisting of 12 houses in total. It consists of two different types being Type A is 435 m2 and Type B is 501 m2.
This is a project, which is away from city center but that consists of two types of villas and one type of special villa, designed to be lived for all year. 8 type-B and 3 type-A villas were applied in the site with forest view, swimming pool and social facility. 
A multi-coloured and dynamic final design near the forest that is integrated with the nature in which intensive green texture is aimed. 
There a composition in type A villas, which is created with semi-floors. It is possible to access parent’s section half-floor from above the ground level and the children's bedroom when another half-floor is stepped up. When half-floor is stepped down from the entry hall, it is possible to go through the daily sitting room. With three steps down from this section, it is possible to be connected to the main saloon. And with another stair from the entry hall, it is possible to access a small inner court, upper part of which is covered with glass and to the kitchen area from here and to the service areas by stepping down another half-floor. This house type, facing the view with all spaces and with an extremely dynamic indoor construction is appreciated a lot by the investors. However; the design, which developed horizontally was applied just 3 pieces as it covers much more floor space covering on the land.
